Going after your goals, learning to overcome procrastination, overwhelm, self-sabotage, learning where to start and keeping your motivation going is exciting and may even be a bit scary. I've got you. Let's work together to have your goals and dreams become a reality. In a group, you will get extra support and be with people also going after their goals.
This is going to be a small group, 6 max, to make sure you are helped with your specific goal.
First, let's make sure this will be a good fit for you.
I want you to succeed and starting in the right place is important.
-This is a 10 week live Zoom course. It will happen the same time each week. Make sure to check your calendar and pick the group that will work with your schedule.
-Then set it in your calendar so you don't miss a session. (There are no replays)
-This course is not good for weight loss. You can use some of the techniques, though fitness is so vast, that I will leave that to someone more in that space. Now, if you want to learn to cook healthy dinners that is a goal that is more specific and will work with this course.
-You're goal is best if it has an end.
Meaning: A goal that you know when it has been reached.
Examples: 'I want to be rich. I want to be happy. I want to travel'. These are broad and doesn't seem to have a distinct finish line.
-The Good News is if you have a broad goal, in the first session we are going to hone your goal or dream to be specific.
-In case you are still not sure if this will be a good fit. You can join us for the first 2 sessions and if it doesn't feel right you can cancel for a full refund. If you are with me for session 3 then you have committed to yourself and your goal.
